Walking shoulder-to-shoulder, wellbeing coaching outdoors is a very effective alternative to traditional coaching methods allowing connection with nature and empowerment in a therapeutic environment. It lowers cortisol (stress) levels and calms the nervous system - when we are more relaxed, we are more reflective and open to change, helping us to think clearer than in formal coaching environments and be more receptive to finding a way forward.
